What means of payment can I use?
Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal or if desired, you can also buy by phone or by fax.
Here is the step by step explanation of the Credit Card and PayPal purchase process. There is also the explanation for the purchase process by bank transfer, phone or fax.
How to buy a document?: Step by step guidelines:
1. Click on the document you are interested in
2. Click on the "Buy" button
3. Check the purchase and confirm by clicking on the Buy button
Important:
You can eliminate a document from your shopping cart at any time, by clicking on the Delete Button.
Some special customers, would have a code for a discount . If you have this code, please, enter it in the corresponding case and click on the Submit button.
If you want to pay with a different currency, please, click on the Currency Converter and you'll see the price for your purchase in the selected currency.
4. Fill in the form and choose your means of payment:
These data are essential for our team to send you the document and the corresponding invoice. In the last step, you should choose your means of payment. If you have any doubts, please, click on See Details.

Is this a secure website? Yes it is. Payment by Credit Card is made through the Banco Santander Server so that even our team could not have access to your bank or credit card data. When your payment process starts, the purchase operation is directly addressed through an encripted and safe connection.
5. Now, you have to confirm your order again. It is advisable to check it first, and if it is correct, please, click on the Confirm Order button.
6. Payment: the process is different depending on the chosen option:
Credit Card: please, enter the data of your credit card and then click on the Pay button.
PayPal: you'll enter your PayPal account, where you'll need to type your e-mail address and password. You'll see a screen like the one shown below. Click on "Return to Global Marketing Strategies"
You'll receive the confirmation. Click on the link "Click this link to see the details of your order"
7. Click to download the document. Click on the title (written in blue colour) of the acquired document.
8. Instant download of the document: Click on "Start download"
How to buy by bank transfer?
Bank Transfer: if you choose this option we provide you the number of our bank account. Once you have made the bank transfer and paid the amount of your purchase you must send us the confirmation of payment by fax to the number (34-91-5759009). Then, we will immediately send you the document to your e-mail address.
How to buy by phone?
Call us to the phone number 34-91-5782667 or to the 1-617-418-4742 phone number if you call us from the United States and we will provide you further assistance so that you can make the purchase easily. Our Customer Service working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. and Fridays from 9.00 a.m. to 15.00 p.m. (time in Spain: GMT +1)
How to buy by fax?
It's very easy. Ask our team (by mail or by phone: 34-91-578 26 67) for the Fax Purchase Form and we will send it to your e-mail address. Once you have filled-in and signed it, you send it back to our fax machine. Then, we will send you the purchased document to your e-mail address.
