ICC International Court of Arbitration

The ICC International Court of Arbitration was created in 1923 as the arbitration body of the International Chamber of Commerce. The ICC Arbitration has administered nearly 30.000 cases involving parties and arbitrators from some 180 countries. ICC arbitration has been conceived specifically for business disputes in an international context. International Court of Arbitration supervises arbitrations held under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. It meets weekly in Paris and monitors the work of ICC arbitral tribunals, which conduct procedures is countries on all continents.
