Description
A Business Consultant Agreement is a contract between a Consultant and his/her Client. The Consultant is hired as an independent contractor to assist the Client in different areas of business management such as: business strategy, business operations, online business, marketing, human resources, finantial consultancy, etc. Generally, this type of agreement is drafted by the Consultant. In the principal aspects of the contract (fees and expenses, payment conditions, location, applicable law and competent jurisdiction, etc.) a number of alternatives have been provided, for the most appropriate one to be selected according to the relationship between the Consultant and the Client. For providing business consulting services to international clients the International Consulting Agreement should de used. |
