This International Sales Contract for Arab and Middle Eastern countries is used by those companies that wish to sell their products in Arab countries, as well as Arab companies which undertake export operations. The Contract includes all significant clauses for this type of contract such as: products sold, purchase price, delivery terms and conditions and method of payment, product inspection, delayed delivery or non-delivery of the product, applicable law and jurisdiction, etc. The contract complies with the regulations on international sales contracts and takes into account the Arab States business practices and usages as regards these contracts.
