Description
Sales Representative Agreement for India, which is used to recruit a Representative to negotiate and sell the company’s products on the Indian market. The Representative operates continuously and his income is established using commissions on the sales obtained, although an agreement is sometimes reached for him to be paid fees for management and representation expenses. The contract is drafted from the standpoint of the foreign company that hires the Sales Representative but taking into account the commercial uses and practices of the Indian market and also the special characteristics of its business legislation.
