Description
This Trademark License Agreement permits another party (the Licensee) to use one or more of the Licensor´s trademarks in a designated territory in the United States. The Licensor may limit the Licensee´s use of these trademarks, and the Licensor can grant either an exclusive or non-exclusive license in the territory. In return for being granted the use of the trademarks, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor royalties. The contract is adapted to the commercial uses and practices in the United States and is designed for use in particular when US law applies. This contract is intended for use in any state in the United States. A Guide for Negotiating Contracts in the USA is provided with the contract. |
