ICC International Chamber of Commerce

Founded in 1919 and headquartered in Paris, France, ICC is the most important world business organization. Its role is to promote free trade and private enterprise, and to represent business interests at national and international levels. ICC has drawn up a number of widely accepted rules that govern the conduct of business across borders – some of its best products are Incoterms rules, the current version of Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credit (UPC 600), arbitration services and other publications. The ICC International Arbitration Court is one of the best services provided by ICC.
