ICDR

The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) is the international branch of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), providing international arbitration and dispute resolution services. The ICDR is headquartered in New York City (U.S.A.) and also has offices in Mexico, Ireland, Bahrain and Singapore. The ICDR is responsible for administering arbitration proceedings. As an administrative body, the ICDR processes a case from filing to closing, by:

  • Providing arbitration rules.
  • Appointing arbitrators.
  • Assigning case managers.
  • Setting hearings.
  • Transmitting documents.
  • Scheduling conference calls.
