This is a caveat clause applied to container-shipment transport documents, indicating that the carrier has no firsthand knowledge of what was loaded in the container. They do not deny that the quantity invoiced is actually the quantity shipped, and in themselves do not constitute discrepancies under letters of credit. Also called Said to weigh (STW). See shipper´s load and count.
